Web Hosting, Email Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers

- For cancellations made within the first 30 days of your service term (Money-Back Guarantee Period), you will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
- For cancellations made after the Money-Back Guarantee Period, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of your service term.
- We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations.
Domain Name Registration
- Domain name registrations are non-refundable.
- However, you may be able to transfer your domain name registration to another registrar upon cancellation of your account.
Consultancy Services, Web Development, and Business Applications
- Cancellation of these Services may be subject to specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
- Generally, these services involve project-based work, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
